說明：A multi-component enzyme mixture containing approximately: Cellulase 1.0U/mg；α-Amylase 0.6 U/mg；Pectinase 0.4U/mg；Protease 0.01U/mg；Hemicellulase 1.0U/mg；1 unit of Cellulase will release 1.0 μmole of glucose from carboxymethyl cellulose. Routinely used for the isolation of protoplasts, for its ability to degrade cell walls. It is often used in combination with Macerozyme R-10.
